Welcome to Petite Blooming Moments. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Shop Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page periodically
Sizing, Variations & Substitutions
All product images on our website and social media are provided as a style guide only.
Perishable Items (e.g. flowers and plants):
Flowers and plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, colour, and type. We reserve the right to make substitutions based on seasonal and market availability, while maintaining the style, tone, and value of your selected design.
Non-Perishable Items (e.g. pots, soft toys, balloons):
Non-perishable items may vary in size, style, and colour depending on supplier availability. We reserve the right to substitute products when necessary to maintain the overall value of your order.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We will do our best to accommodate changes. However, adjustments are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Orders under $100:
You may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made in writing at least 48 hours before the pickup or delivery date.
Orders $100 and over:
Orders $100 and above are not eligible for a refund.
Late Cancellations:
Any order cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup or delivery date is not eligible for a refund,
regardless of the order amount.
Please note:
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
- Variations in size, shape, type/style, or colour of perishable or non-perishable items are not grounds for a refund, as natural and supplier variations are expected.
Quality Concerns:
If there is an issue with the quality of the flowers, a clear photo outlining your concern must be emailed to info@petitebloomingmoments.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the order. Each case will be reviewed on a case by-case basis. We aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive in resolving genuine concerns.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver within our standard delivery time frame. However, external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or access limitations may cause delays. If no one is available to receive the order, it will be left in a secure location at the delivery address, and a photo will be provided as confirmation.
If no secure location is available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Any re-delivery may incur additional charges at our discretion.
Customer pick-up
Pick-up is by appointment ONLY from Everleigh, Greenbank.
Customer Responsibility
When placing an order, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and delivery/pick up details.
- Clearly informing us if the order is for a time sensitive occasion (e.g. funerals, events, or specific delivery timing).
