– Ready to Go: Fully charged rechargeable batteries included for immediate use. Please turn off when not in use. If the battery runs out, the borrower will need to recharge or replace it with normal batteries. Each candle requires 2 x AA batteries. Please keep and return the original rechargeable batteries together with the candles.

Please Note:
– Price includes 3-day rental (Day 1 pick-up, Day 3 drop-off), except for Friday rentals, which include 4 days at the same price.
Example: Pick up Thursday and return Saturday, or pick up Friday and return Monday.

– The price remains the same for rental periods under 3 days.

– We can also deliver and/or pick up your rental items directly from your location (kerbside delivery and/or pick‑up ONLY). A special delivery/pick-up fee applies and will vary based on quantity and delivery location. Higher rates apply on Saturdays for delivery/pick-up. Delivery/pick-up does not include set up/pack down.

– These candles are not to be used in, near or around water.

How to Submit Your Quote Request
Once you’ve added all your items to your list, click on the Quotes List icon located at the bottom right corner of the page. From there, you can review your selected items, update quantities, and enter your details and hire dates.

Important:
– Please use the Notes section in the Quote Request Form to let us know whether you’ll be picking up and dropping off the items yourself, or if you would like us to deliver and/or pick up your hired items.
– If you require delivery or collection, please include the full delivery and/or pick‑up address so we can provide an accurate quote.
– If you have any additional queries—such as needing more quantities than what is shown in stock—please include this in the Notes section as well. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
