How do I hire party items?

Hiring party items is simple:

1. Visit our Party Hire page and browse our collection.
2. Add all the items you’d like to your list.
3. Click the Quotes List icon at the bottom‑right corner of the page to review your selected items, update quantities, and enter your details and hire dates.
4. Submit your Quote Request Form when you're ready.

Once we receive your request, we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24–48 hours with availability and pricing.

When you’re happy with the proposal, you can secure your rental date and chosen party hire items by placing a 30% non‑refundable booking fee.

If your booking is made five (5) weeks or less before the rental date, full payment is required at the time of booking, of which 30% is a non‑refundable booking fee.

Pick‑up and return are by appointment only from Everleigh, Greenbank.

Please note:
- Pick‑up and return must be completed in a single trip.
- No pick‑up or return is available on Sundays.

As a small‑scale business, we do not offer delivery, set‑up, pack‑down, or collection services for party hire items unless we are also providing florals for your wedding or event.

Yes. You will need to provide a valid photo ID (for example, a current driver’s licence) at the time of pick‑up.

No, we do not require a bond. However, a 30% non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure your party hire items and rental date.
